2025 Toy Drive & Auction at Player’s Pub in Catalina raises $15,505

four golder ranch fire department firefighters wait for their auction duties

We were honored to be asked to perform for a few hours at the 24th Annual Toy Drive & Auction at Player’s Pub in Catalina. In conjunction with the Golder Ranch Fire Department, this fundraiser enables firefighters to take underprivileged children to local stores to purchase their gifts themselves!

The band was the first item up for auction. Why not hit them at the beginning of the auction, just after they had heard you perform for a few hours? The winning bid for a four-hour gig was $700. Thank You! We also donated a Viking Bag in conjunction with VikingBags.com. Our keyboard player, Ron, also donated one of his photographs, printed on plexiglass then black sintra is mounted to the back with a museum mount and hanger wire.

A christmas tree, two bicycles and many wrapped gifts in a large box

There were also many toys, bicycles, etc., that were donated in advance of the auction. Actually, Player’s Pub has been raising money for several months now, in a large Miller Lite display bottle with a Hold my Beer Band sticker on it! The trailer was nice and full of Christmas gifts for the kids.

the outdoor patio was filled with auction participants for the 24th annual toy drive auction

We’re looking forward to next year and we are hoping that you can join us then. It’s the first Saturday of December!
