It’s the Spooky month of October and we are only a few days from Halloween when we play the Ore House again on October 26th. By now, the temperatures should be cooler in the evening, so whether we setup indoors or outdoors will truly depend on what mama nature has in store for us. If you do drop by the Ore House, you may want to arrive a bit early because if we do setup indoors, it can be like a human car wash getting around in that place! Arrive early, have a bite to eat and your favorite beer, wine or cocktail and get ready to do some dancing!

Our once/month gig at the Ore House Hilltop Tavern in Oracle Az is typically very well attended. We feel fortunate to have such a dedicated fan-base as well as an awesome venue with great pub food allowing us to whip up the crowd each month. If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit the Ore House in Oracle, now is as good a time as any! It’s the end of September, so we’re pretty sure we will be playing outside. Next month, November may find us sharing the warm interior with the patrons of the Ore House.

At any rate, please arrive a bit early to order some great munchies and combine it with a tap/bottled beer or cocktail and get ready to dance ‘yer butts off!

It’s Food Truck Friday at El Rancho Robles in Oracle Az!

If you have never visited this historic slice of heaven, you should make plans to visit this 4th of July holiday weekend! El Rancho Robles is a quaint Ranch, tucked under century old oaks making this the perfect weekend picnic spot. The last Saturday of the month features the Hold my Beer Band at the Ore House Hilltop Tavern in Oracle Az. The dog days of summer are still with us, so whether it’s rain or shine, you can always find us playing some outlaw, boogie & swinging country western music as well as an old classic, (like us) thrown in for good measure. The Ore House is known for their great pub food, like chicken wings, chicken strips, burgers, fries, tater tots, you name it! Grab yourself a seat early and enjoy some food and drink then get ready to dance the night away from 7-9. After we finish playing, Rocky keeps the music coming at you by the way of his sound system. You can’t lose! Join us.

July 27 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

The dog days of Summer are always a reality of living in the desert Southwest. Don’t forget the monsoons! We hope to be outdoors on July 27th. Whether it’s rain or shine, hot or cold or just right, we can always be found on the last Saturday of each and every month at the Ore House Hilltop Tavern in Oracle Az. If you’ve never had the opportunity to give this great spot a try, you really should drop by! Their pub food is very good, and their menu items haven’t changed their price in over two years! I don’t think any other restaurant or pub can make that claim. So come on by, check out their menu, grab an appetizer and a bite to eat. Then order your favorite cocktail, tap or bottled beer or shot and get ready to tap you toes and swing your hips when we begin to play at 7 pm. Rocky typically keeps the party going as the band is breaking down so get ready for some fun!

Our once-a-month gig at the Ore House continues as we head to Summer in southern Arizona! We sure hope you can join us on the outdoor patio and enjoy those cool evening breezes while listening to the HMBB. Don’t forget that the Ore House has a great selection of cold beer on tap or in a bottle if you prefer! They boast a great pub-food menu as well as great dinners, so show up early, chow down, toss a few back and get ready to dance!

We’re sure hoping we will be performing outside by the end of March, but you just never know in Oracle! What you do know is where to find great bar food, excellent cocktails and a variety of cold beer on tap! Oh yes, and the friendly waitresses and bar staff. Drop on by, have a bite to eat and don’t forget your dancing shoes!

We sure do enjoy playing our monthly “last Saturday of every month” gig at the Ore House Hilltop Tavern in Oracle Az. It’s getting darned chilly out there lately, so we should be set up in front of the fireplace inside, so we can serenade you! With that being said, you may want to arrive a bit early and grab a bite to eat and maybe a cocktail. You’ll be glad you did and we’re ready to see YOU!

Please join us for a day of live music; featuring Mother Cody, David Argentati, the Hold My Beer Band and 1 more band/artist (TBA soon). German Food Station will be serving your favorite German delectibles. There will be a couple of cornhole sets for you to enjoy— all under the oaks at El Rancho Robles, historic guest ranch in Oracle, AZ. You can BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage), INCLUDING ALCOHOL. Peachwave froyo & gelato will be on site. There will also be vendors, including some local artists.

The event will be held at the gorgeous Hacienda/Ceremony sprawling green lawn. You’ll be surrounded by mature oak, juniper mesquite, cypress and fruit trees, beautiful architecture and stonework with the rich desert landscape in the background. Being at 4500 ft of elevation, El Rancho Robles is usually about 20° cooler than Phoenix and 12° cooler than Tucson. You will find some tables and chairs set up, but you are highly encourage to BRING YOUR OWN LAWN CHAIR or blanket. There will be 2 “stages” at each end of the lawn. When one band finishes, the other will begin, so just turn your chair around!

Our regular “last Saturday of the month” gig just happens to be a few short days away from Halloween. I am sure we will toss in a few spooky tunes that evening when we play 6 to 8. We are hoping for great Arizona weather so we can set up on their outdoor “Beer Garden” stage. Arrive early as we are confident this will be a packed house on October 28th! Grab you an early table with your friends and enjoy your favorite cocktail, wine or draft/bottled beer and take a look at their great tavern food menu!
