DESCRIPTION:WEATHER UPDATE \nOur Event this Saturday is moving inside to the Lake House.  This wonderful indoor venue can seat several hundred people\, so we hope a little bit of organic goodness\, rainwater\, doesn’t keep our fans from coming out to join us for an evening of wine\, song and dancing! \n  \nWe are always beyond excited to be asked to play at the Windmill Winery.  This lovely property\, off the beaten path between farmlands\, is just a mile or so from the center of town.  If you have a large group\, event or wedding to plan\, you may want to visit this jewel in the desert.  We hope you can visit when we are performing\, of course\, but there are many great musical acts Thursday through Saturdays at the Windmill Winery in Florence Az.

SUMMARY:Private Party
DESCRIPTION:This will be the second year that we have played for this group of hunters.  For several decades\, a man and his buddies from the trucking and shipping business have gotten together for an Arizona hunt.  They bring their wives\, have a great party at his house and order up some entertainment to go with the food and refreshments.  Last year was a blast and as we were tearing down\, the owner paid us for the evening and then proceeded to give us a very generous tip.  He told us how much his guests had appreciated the music.  We always ask if we can come back the following year if it’s an annual event and the answer was a resounding “Yes”! \nHere’s where the story becomes one of those “Small Word” stories that you hear every once in a while.  The band plays a toy auction fundraiser on the first Saturday in December at Player’s Pub.  This year\, we put ourselves up for the first item to be auctioned.  Four hours of Hold my Beer Band music at your party!  Anyway\, when we booked this year’s date\, the host asked if one of their attendees could use her certificate for our donation at his party!  Of course you can!  Then\, we began to think about last year when contacted by this potential client\, he told us that he and his wife had never heard us play\, but they had a friend that had and highly recommended the band for his party!  What are the odds that this same person was the winning bidder in the toy drive auction of our four-hour music gig?  Amazing! \nWe love to play private parties.  They are typically on a weekday\, everyone there is ready for a good time\, and we just love to play!

DESCRIPTION:We really enjoy traveling to Florence to play Windmill Winery.  This Wedding\, Event and Wine Tasting Room offer acres of grassy areas\, brick walkways\, plenty of places to sit and enjoy your wine or beverage.  They also feature live music during the season which spans October through May\, avoiding the sometimes-oppressive heat of summer in Arizona. \nThis Spring Arts festival should be a very fun event and well attended.  We begin playing at 2 pm and continue until 5 pm.  Then the Crosstown Players from Phoenix Arizona hit the stage and play from 5 to 9 pm. \nHere is additional event information from the Windmill Winery; \n \nJoin the celebration at this year’s Spring Arts Fest featuring Crosstown Players. Hosted by the lovely Windmill Winery\, this event begins at 10am with vendors\, food trucks and family fun. Kick off the music with Hold My Beer band at 2pm. Dance and groove to Crosstown Player’s Funk\, Soul and Blues jams starting at 5pm. \nI know we will want to stick around to hear these folks play! \nWe would appreciate it if you could plan your trip when we are playing this Saturday event.  We hope you drop by and say “Hey”! \n

DESCRIPTION:You can bet there will be a lot going on during Pioneer Days in Kearny!  From the CopperArea.com website: \nAn artistic map of Kearny \n“Kearny’s 63rd annual Pioneer Days is quickly approaching! It is time to return home for “Rustic Roots and Cowboy Boots.”  The Copper Basin Chamber of Commerce and their partners are bringing back all of your favorite events. \nThe Chamber of Commerce began the festivities this year with a competition. They asked members of the community to submit their ideas for this year’s theme. The winning theme “Rustic Roots and Cowboy Boots” was submitted by Kearny resident Melissa Day. When asked about how she came up with the theme\, Melissa said\, “Being local\, I knew that our Pioneer Days is about our cowboy roots\, even though the holiday is celebrated in other states as a different tradition. Ours is more of a cowboy theme versus Pioneer\, so I thought of the play on words that way. Rustic Roots & Cowboy Boots. Couldn’t be truer for Kearny\, and it’s catchy!” \nWe agree that it’s the perfect theme to represent the Copper Basin Area. \nOther original events such as the Queens Competition\, Roping Tournament\, Softball Tournament and Parade are scheduled this year! DESCRIPTION:The Hideaway Bar & Grill LLC is a great place to drop in on your way to or from Roosevelt Lake.  It is off of Hwy 188\, north of Globe on Wheatfield Rd.  This quaint bar and restaurant also support live entertainment on many weekends\, and we have played here a few times.  We’re excited to be asked back to play some of our music and hope that if you’re in the area\, you can make plans to stop by. \nHere’s a Pro Tip:\nWhen you are driving north on HWY 188 out of Globe\, stay in the right lane.  After about 5 miles or so\, the lane will end\, so that you can make a right turn on to Wheatfields Rd!

DESCRIPTION:It’s the last Saturday in May 2026 and that means we are playing our monthly “residency” gig at the Ore House in Oracle.  The Orehouse offers up a great pub food menu\, tap and bottled beers galore\, wine and hard alcohol \, if that’s your jam!  As always\, we suggest you arrive early and order up those adult beverages and maybe some chicken tenders\, or wings!  Then\, get yourself ready to dance the night away with us!  Don’t forget\, the live music may end at 9\, but our lead guitarist and vocalist\, Rocky\, will keep the music coming at you while DJ’ing through the PA.  That’s right!  For just the cost of a Fireball or any whiskey\, he will actually do what he can to play your request!  The dancers just keep dancing while the band loads up their equipment and hang out with Rocky.  Join us and say “Hey”!
